Benefits of Shoulder Arthroscopy Surgery
Arthroscopy is a procedure used by an orthopaedic surgeon, to diagnosis and repairs the damaged joint problems. “Arthro” (joint) and “Scope” (vision). This term means “seeing joints”. During shoulder arthroscopy, your surgeon inserts a small camera, called an arthroscope through a small invasion, into your shoulder joint. The camera displays images on the TV screen, and your surgeon uses these images to perform the surgery.
