If you keep a log of migraines, you will notice that your migraine is triggered after you eat fast food like pizza, burger, cakes, fries, etc. You must have also felt a hangover which was much worse than your peers just because you have a migraine.

You see, the choice is simple – as far as possible, eat healthy food. Make sure that you take plenty of fluids and 3-4 litres of water every day. However, you may also have heard about the influence of coffee on migraine. Well, interestingly, in some people coffee helps them to get relief from a migraine; in others, it just intensifies it. So, stay cautious and examine your patterns before you take a bite of any ‘anti-migraine’ foods.

Exercise Regularly

Massage is a great way to relieve stress and tension in muscles and mind. When you get a migraine, you can gently press/massage your forehead, temple, cheek lungs (above your sinus) and neck. You can also use the help of a friend to do the same. It works best if you rest in a room with a pleasant temperature, no loud noise or flashy lights.
